Cost:
          Finish Line products have an average price, making it easier for the customer to get whichever item they are looking for. Finish Line also is focused on having a good staff, giving them the right training they need in order to keep sales as high as possible or at least reaching the daily goal to have had set in the store. Finish Line also offers the best sales out of all retailer footwear companies.

Quality:
          Finish Line consider that Quality is the Key. They have high standards, it can be noticed in the way they work. The main advantage that the store has is that they have direct contact with the customer, giving them an excellent customer service, not only on daily basis but also keep the high reputation of the store by getting good reviews from its customers.

Time:
          Finish Line is very efficient, starting from the beginning when the customer gets into the store until they customer makes the final decision, also gives the option for those who would like to buy any item that is not available in the store, but the staff can order it online by using a system called WGI stands for “We got it”, the staff can look the item by color code, and style code, and if it is available in the system they will process the order and it will be shipped within 3-5 business day, and since they are using the WGI system the shipment is free.

Flexibility:
          Even though Finish Line is only a retailer store, they do not have the option to its customer to design shoes as the needs of the customer like Nike or Adidas, they do have a wide line of products to offer, it counts with more than 15 brands on the store, and also offer a calendar on its webpage letting the customer to know when some special shoes are going to be released in the stores.
