The main objective for an employee in the store is to make a sale, not only to reach the daily goal but also the customer service and to show the customer how well-trained they are, of course, the employee cannot make any arrangement about the design since it comes like that and Finish Line does not offer the customization service like Nike.

Continuous Involvement:
This is more to reduce waste and save money so is more like all the important details the store improve, so is more like what do the store need and what do we have to change, they always keep the store up to date depending on the season or what famous shoes are about to come out. The employees are involved in quality in a way of convincing the customer to get the shoes letting them know about the quality, and type of shoes based on the customer needs, also based on the employee experience since they are the internal customers they will share their experience with the external customers.

Finish Line in a way follows the Six Sigma philosophies, because even though they are not the manufacturing company they go above and beyond to please the customer, for example, if a product is not available in the store the will look them up online or if it available in another store so the customer can choose either go to the other store or order the shoes online. Also, they follow some statistics about what type of shoes are more preferred by the customers so they will have them in stock just in case the demand goes above predicted.
